Walkthrough overview

Talk to Elena in East Ardougne; the mourners have confiscated her distillator in West Ardougne. Speak to Jerico, north of the chapel, who arranges a rope ladder over the wall.

Cross into West Ardougne and reach the Mourner HQ. Squeeze through the fence, poison the mourners' stew with a rotten apple, then disguise yourself with a priest gown and gas mask to pose as a nurse.

Retrieve the distillator, gather a plague sample, then take it to the Chemist in Rimmington to obtain touch paper.

Give the three errand boys (Chancy, Da Vinci and Hops) items they have no reason to steal, then smuggle the vials past the guard into the fenced Varrock enclosure and recover them.

Have Guidor test the sample, return to Elena, then confront King Lathas in East Ardougne Castle to expose the plague as a hoax and complete the quest.
