    Inspect the frozen Skrach Uglogwee in the Lumbridge Castle dining room to start the subquest, then travel to the Feldip Hills (fairy ring AKS) and talk to Rantz.

    Meet Rantz south-east of his cave; he kicks over a tree. Use an axe on it twice to turn it into a boat.
